1. Returns

 

a. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

b. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-refundable
  • Gift cards

c. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at returns@leatherlayer.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label or your preferred shipping method.

d. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, Leather Layer will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

2. Refunds

 

a. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you via email about the status of your return.
  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days if the return is approved.

b. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items are returned in a condition that is not original (e.g., missing packaging or tags).

c. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item:

  2. Indicate the item you’d like in exchange.
  3. Follow the return process outlined above for the original item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time:

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
